Been trying to find a great Sauna hat for awhile now, harder to come by than you’d think.

I’ve always struggled with feeling overheated in the sauna. Within a few minutes my head would start to burn, I’d get lightheaded, and I’d have to step out early. I thought that was just how my body handled heat. Then I found the Nordi sauna hat.
